Shotcrete is a method of applying concrete conveyed through a hose and pneumatically projected at high velocity onto a surface. It’s often used in repair works, tunneling, and in construction projects where conventional casting is not feasible. There are two types of shotcretes: dry mix and wet mix, depending on whether the water is added before or after the concrete is shot onto the surface.
